We'll work with you to craft a custom itinerary that fits your group - whether that means a shorter or longer version of an existing hike, visiting multiple locations, or creating something entirely unique from scratch. The possibilities are nearly endless! Want to hike to a scenic overlook and then grab a drink at a local brewery? Visit historical landmarks? Plan a surprise proposal in a beautiful setting? It's all possible and we love seeing the creative ideas guests come up with over the years, and we love even more bringing them to life. Or, not sure where to start? Just tell us a little about your group, what you enjoy, and how you'd like to spend your time in Sitka. Whether you're interested in wildlife, photography, history, waterfalls, remote trails, scenic viewpoints, or simply getting off the beaten path, we'll design a unique experience around your interests. You can incorporate a mix of hiking, sightseeing, and additional stops before, during, or after your trek. The pace, locations, and overall flow are all tailored to you, making it easy to create something memorable and one-of-a-kind. Past custom experiences have included everything from visits to Totem Park, Harbor Mountain Brewing, Fortress of the Bear, the Alaska Raptor Center, and Old Sitka to boat-access hikes at Mt. Edgecumbe and Sea Lion Cove, a flightseeing trip to Lake Eva, and visits to remote natural hot springs.
