The Journey: Join us May 11-16, 2025 for an unforgettable 5-day, 5-night yacht-supported hiking adventure with Tongass Treks and Equinox Charter Yacht. Experience the best of both worlds with stunning nature and hiking trails by day, and comfortable yacht accommodation by night. Our experienced guides will lead you on three hidden gem hikes, each offering unique and breathtaking scenery through the Tongass National Forest. The trip will take you to a remote white sand beach, a tranquil clear lake, and rejuvenating hot springs. You'll feel safe and comfortable as you immerse yourself in the stunning wilderness of Southeast Alaska. Experience the beauty of nature like never before! The Experience: Along the way there will be opportunities to kayak, have beach fires, set crab pots, soak in hot springs and so much more! We will start the day with breakfast on the boat before departing for the day's adventure of discovery. There will be picnic lunches at remote wilderness sites and delicious dinners on board prepared using locally sourced ingredients, ensuring a truly unique and unforgettable experience. We can accommodate all dietary restrictions. The Vessel: The Equinox is a custom-built 65ft steel expedition yacht with a four stateroom, three head layout. Equinox features a roomy salon and wheelhouse ideal for sipping an early morning coffee or a mid afternoon drink while watching the scenery pass you by. The walkaround deck allows easy access to the aft deck, swimstep, and boarding ladder while the upper deck, off the wheelhouse, has a comfortable outdoor seating area. Room options: A Master Stateroom: 1 Queen Bed, Starboard Stateroom: 1 Double Bed, Port Stateroom: 1 Double Bed, Bunk Room: 2 Twin bunks.
